Mazda's compact sports two seater, known as the MX-5, Miata or Roadster depending on its market has become a global phenomenon as it has provided sports car thrills to the masses thanks to its affordable price tag. The sporting nature of the MX-5 has made it popular with racing games, especially those which feature car customisation such as Need For Speed 2015. Thanks to its capable and customisable chassis, the MX-5 provides a great canvas for tuners to tweak its performance and aesthetics to create truly unique machines, both in the real world and virtually.
This post features my own modified MX-5 in Need For Speed, featuring some of the new visual mods added in the Showcase update. Speaking of which, the photos in this post were taken using Snapshot Pro, the newly added in-game photomode. Thanks to this feature, I've been able to fabricate a video montage showing the camera work in action. You've seen how Snapshot Pro delivers for taking stills, check it out in motion below!
