As I'm sure most of you know, I am extremely pumped for the release of Need For Speed (2015) - The next instalment of EA's racing franchise which has been given a reboot to take the series back to the days of tearing up city streets in heavily modified road cars. It is clear to see from the teaser trailer that Ghost Games created an Underground-like atmosphere featuring tuned cars racing in a nocturnal setting in an illuminated city on wet streets.
The hip-hop backing track also did a pretty good job of recreating the scene, but it lacked a little nostalgia. Luckily, one YouTube user has uploaded a reworked version of the trailer featuring the theme song from the original Need For Speed Underground, "Get Low" by Lil Jon featuring The Ying Yang Twins & The East Side Boys. Have a look at it below and try hard not to be come with nostalgic feels, the result is outstanding!
